      The spade blade was not connected to the relay. You must make a repair before it can be installed.

      The spade blade where you attach the control wire to was not connected to the inside. This was included in a prior review as a defect in its manufacture in china. I new that it was a 90/10 chance that it would arrive broken and it did, but I took it apart and removed the silica disk and used it to rebuild my old relay. The new disk was 4 ohms and the old was 35 ohms, so I rebuilt it and it was good to go. For those who are repairing a old wine cooler you should be ready to solder the blade to the connector in side the relay box. I use a small copper wire to bind the two together and then solder it.
