The gloss in that discription turned out to be "Flat" because the wrong hardener was sent with the kit. I received VH-60 Flat/low gloss hardener but the listing calls out VH-75 wet look high gloss. I don't paint cars very often so I seen hardener and mixed it up and shot it (my fault). My goal of painting the old truck was to make it one color with no peeling clear coat so I did achieve that goal but without shineReply from: steelman49596- Feedback replied by seller steelman49596.- Feedback replied by seller steelman49596.What causes the paint to not have a gloss is dry time and/or application. The hardener is optional and doesn't really affect the gloss. Acrylic enamel paint needs to be applied in wet even coats to have a good gloss. If you apply the paint in light and/or with uneven coats it will be rough and dull. We offer tech support as well our number is on all of our products. If you are inexperienced or new to painting, we suggest watching videos and/or giving us a call. Thanks Joe

Kit is less than half the price of other suppliers. I'm keeping autopaints4less as my favorite so I can order more for future jobs.
