Seller had evidently turned off ability to contact them and changed the listing to imply any problems were the responsibility of the factory who cuts and ships the foam. I recommend they find another supplier if this is the best they can do.

Contacted them again and explained they still sent me something different. They apologized that they can't do better. But offered nothing for a refund or how to make it right. I'm out $60 or so. So do business at your on risk.
