    great way to add FOC weight to your arrow. easy to add or remove or add more than one. also great to tune your arrow with. you will have to weld a piece of allen wrench to the end of a rod so you can change them or screw it onto your insert before gluing your insert in. This is the second time ordering these becaue I use them on my compound and recurve set up. Get a few different weights so you can get the weight you need to make your arrow fly right. Nice product.
