    Brand new as pictured above, the USB TV Tuner Stick with TV Recorder works OK when viewing Over-the-Air Broadcast TV on your computer. However, you may encounter a problem with its Recording and Playback feature. The TV Stick will record TV programs to your computer hard drive. But any selected recording from the hard drive will playback as only a 'BLACK SCREEN' Display with NO AUDIO. Hopefully, there are no hidden viruses on the computer. GOOD for VIEWING. Maybe not for Record & Playback.
