    Great Tool for the Money

    A terrific tool for the money! No more hand gathering using a double basting stitch. Ruffles may be "tight" or "loose" just by adjusting the thread tension. I haven't mastered the techniqu of gathering and sewing simultaneously yet but I am working on it.
