    Before I even comment on the button itself, I must point out that it was shipped in a very protective box stuffed with heavy-duty tissue paper. More sellers should ship their items that way. As for the condition of the button itself, it has seen better days (the two images in the listing didn't accurately show the gnarly condition of the button, IMO), but it's still an acceptable piece for my collection. And it's funny.

    Griffin Mil Spec iPad Case

    Fits tightly and securely to my iPad 4th Gen Tablet. Putting the screen protector on is somewhat of a chore. I was afraid to force it over the rubber case for fear of breaking off the tabs but I managed to do it without doing so. Everything fits very snug and secure. I'm very confident that my iPad will be safe in this case. All buttons work fine through the tough rubber outer case and the screen protector offers great protection with no problems using the touch screen. My friend has this exact case on his iPad and he uses it outdoors for Live sound reinforcement. When charging it in summer temps the iPad will shut down from over heating. The added insulation from this case does not allow heat to escape. Keep it in the shade when charging outdoors in hot temperatures and you'll be ...

    Durable and tough

    I bought a second case for for my younger daughter. My oldest one has had one since the first iPad came out and it still does its job 4 years later. The only thing that broke right away was the stand. But she has dropped the iPad so many times and iPad is nicely protected. I remove cover every year to thoroughly clean and iPad looks brand new underneath. Great investment for you iPad.
