- n***y (303)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchasethis is no fault of the seller but the down side is that there is a one year warranty and there's no address ,no phone number, no.com to contact. the instructions don't have a product name anywhere on it and are printed so small that it requires a magnifying glass to read and even with that it's still difficult to read. so basically your warranty is worthless. i haven't used it yet but i hope it works. it's not the sellers fault but he should care that there's no recourse with the company .

Now I have bought my ice cream machine and my slushie machine from them, and these folks stand behind their shipping process. They use US warehouses.
