Works exactly as it is supposed and comes in a sealed package stating it is a genuine replacement part. Made in Romainia rathe than China. A bit expensive IMO, but considering how difficult is to find this part it totally worth to keep my coffee machine going. Seller's picture are exactly what you get. Shipping was on the slower side of things these days, but I guess that is what you get for free. Great pre-purchase communications. Just as the seller indicated, the tea kettle appeared to be used very little...just needed a cleaning. And it cleaned up really well...a soft sponge and a little Bar Keepers Friend cleaner and it transformed to be like new! Seller provided a Brillo pad ( thank you) but I opted to use my tried and proven cleaner for stainless steel.
