I was in constant contact with the shop about shipping the lollipops closer to my event (August 1) so they would be fresh. She told me when they had shipped (mid July)... and then nothing. They never arrived and she stopped answering me. I didn't have them for my wedding because by the time I realized they weren't going to arrive, I couldn't order anything else. I am so confused!!!

When I contacted the seller, he/she immediately responded, researched the issue and resent my order. although the order did not finally arrive until May 10 and that was an inconvenience, I felt like they were very responsive and helped resolve the issue.
