Being that it is 100% cotton I needed to press the pillowcases, but you would expect some of that being that is 100% cotton and the fact that I don't like wrinkles. My daughter did not think I needed to press them. Also one of the ties to secure the comforter came off completely so I had to use a safety pin so no big deal to me. I will purchase this brand again.
