      These adapters definitely could use improvement. For starters they should be made of a more sturdy material. Screwing the speakers to the adapters with the included short screws proved unsuccessful as most of the screws would even snug up enough to hold the speakers. Then the adapters would flex and allow too much vibration even though I used silicone sealer as recommended. Ended up just running longer sheetmetal screws into the doors and adapters. So basically the adapters weren’t even needed.
