Expect to have to clean it! The controller was mildly dirty, but nothing extreme. The Joystick was a little loose and sometimes hard to move around, but other then that, everything was working just as it should.My console came with a 3rd party "Booster pack" instead of the original Jumper pack that the N64 would normally have
