I have not yet tried them long enough to determine if they will last longer than the OEM Olympus battery, but I feel they will based on the battery having nearly double the capacity with 1800 mAh compared to 925 mAh. I have used Kastar batteries before as replacements for other cameras I owned and found them to be a very good replacement or substitute. The new batteries were wrapped well & delivered quickly. I also got two for the price of one OEM. A+Deal
