It delivered in 4 days. Packaging looked straight from the factory. Quick & easy to put together. "Blem" is maybe a slight discolor in a couple spots on the plastic if that. Performance is OUTSTANDING. Easy to adjust, simple to use, and it stretches & relaxes my back like nothing else. Best decision & deal I could have made.
