      Foam filter sleeve

      The filter looked like it is well made. I bought it to use as a prefilter for the cartridge filter to trap larger particles, but it was to small in diameter to fit over the cartridge filter. I know this was not its intended use. The idea is similar to the foam prefilter the make for air cleaners on small gas engines. It should work well for its intended purpose as a wet filter.

      good product- but before u buy just sleeve, make sure you dont also need the paper cartridge- the foam sleeve may come with the cartridge
