      Easy wheatgrass source

      This is a good tasting and easy way to get wheatgrass into your diet. Just one teaspoon a day, held for a few minutes in the mouth for proper absortion, is much easier than growing or buying wheatgrass and making a juice. The nitrients are immediately absorbed through the bucal mucosa and not diluted by stomach acids.
