Packed in USPS envelope with roots/soil covered in wet paper towel in a ziploc bag only. Had to travel cross country so it looks worse for wear. Tumbling loose through the mail system not the seller's fault though. Repotted it and hope it lives. Would have preferred it shipped in a pot as described.
