    We are sorry you feel this way and apologize for the situation. When we found that the product was missing the battery we canceled your order as we didn't want to send something incomplete. We purchased the battery to make it whole and had to add this cost to the bid. As it is, if you look up the list price for it, we are selling at half that cost. Again we apologize for the situation!
