It’s brand spanking new and it’s German quality issued in October 2007. It was not very cheap considering it’s an army surplus item but this type of gear is harder and harder to find in special when new. Multiple porpoises and bulletproof, good in combination with the German army neoprene pad… Highly recommended to any PSC or survivalist. It’s worth its weight in gold…
