    Have purchased from this seller previously and will in the future. Makes an excellent vanilla extract. I use a lot more vanilla extract now that I don't need to use the McCormick stuff. It makes great holiday baking gifts as well. After about a two year immersion, I don't filter out the caviar and it's a great flavored extract. Vanilla is like garlic in that it's hard to use too much. I used too much garlic once, but never too much vanilla to the point that it overpowered the dish.
