    Well, I'm not want to leave a negative feedback for the seller. Because regardless of the fact that they sent me the product I bought from them twice, but it didn't arrive due to other shipping problems, they still respond in a very nice tone, almost immediately, and of course they refund the money if the buyer wants it. This happened to me too. So I think the seller is reliable.

    Unfortunately the item failed to arrive due some shipping issue, reflected in the tracking. But I do want to emphasize that this was *clearly* a shipping problem which was *completely* out of the Seller's control ! He was also kind and understanding and was quick to help resolve the matter with no unnecessary hassle :)

    This product works like a charm. I have used it with success on several pairs of tight shoes. very easy to use with the pump spray nozzle, better than the aerosol type. I would buy it again.

    Spray bottle is better

    I like the spray shoe stretcher, because it is unlike the other brand that squirts, and I used too much. The spray allows me to apply a little to the outside of leather shoes, and wear them until they stretch, as the instructions say. After a few applications, the shoes seemed to fit a little better.

    Never used it before, but it did seem to help stretching (in conjunction with a bunion spreader) the instep of my boots which had friction points. Fiebing is a well-known brand and I like their other products.

    Elephant Boot Stretch

    I have a pair of 20 year old elephant boots I love. Got rid of all my out grown boots, but would not let these go. Bought boot stretchers and started using Fiebings Boot Stretch Spray. I'm very happy with results. I can now wear these boots with comfort.

    It really works !!!

    I just used it for the first time and felt a difference. To achieve full comfort, I resprayed a couple more times [that was over an hour ago] and my shoes are still very comfortable. I am very satisfied with the product and its results.
