Yes, I tried to contact the seller. He insisted on a picture to be sent through a means I have no capability of using. I asked for an alternative, he refused. So I received nothing for my money except aggravation.

Packaging was EXCELLENT and plant was healthy upon receipt. I've followed directions as shown (packed inside with plant) and today I see the first leaves popping out at the other leaf joints.
