    Well, I'm not want to leave a negative feedback for the seller. Because regardless of the fact that they sent me the product I bought from them twice, but it didn't arrive due to other shipping problems, they still respond in a very nice tone, almost immediately, and of course they refund the money if the buyer wants it. This happened to me too. So I think the seller is reliable.

    Unfortunately the item failed to arrive due some shipping issue, reflected in the tracking. But I do want to emphasize that this was *clearly* a shipping problem which was *completely* out of the Seller's control ! He was also kind and understanding and was quick to help resolve the matter with no unnecessary hassle :)

    Would have been a 5 IF-

    Love the product itself, they’re very good quality. However, upon opening on arrival, I noticed that one of the colors tips was half missing & split down the middle. Other than that, I absolutely love them!

    Best in Class

    These are watercolor pigment sticks. I use them for underdrawings. As with any product like this. These are fragile. But the come in a nice metal case.
