Because regardless of the fact that they sent me the product I bought from them twice, but it didn't arrive due to other shipping problems, they still respond in a very nice tone, almost immediately, and of course they refund the money if the buyer wants it.     Very good

    The product is Very good. I was Very surprised at How fast they got. The only critic is that It could come with a packing more protected, more strong (mainly because they are pencil, mainly because they were traveled so far: Brazil). But I wanna enphasize the quality of this set.
