I bought this brand in a different color several times, and besides the quantity I was surprisingly pleased with the quality. The T1B/Bur is soft, easy to pull apart, and bouncy. This particular color is very nappy, it was hard to pull apart, and after instilled it is very stiff and harder than what I am use to. I'm not sure if the quality of the hair changed or if it was this particular color, all I do know is I will not purchase this again.
