One of the spring bases was completely off the shock and had to be pressed on before installing. Seemed like opened boxes. Not sure, but we installed them after finishing assembly.

My order showed up today the 17th. The box was wet and busted open. The two strut boxes were busted open as well. No damage to the shocks just a little frustrated with their service. UPS doesn't seem to care about getting their customers packages to them without being damaged.
