Includes all the necessary things for bleaching your hair, including some things I wasn't expecting, like a small bottle of purple shampoo, and clips for sectioning hair. I've used this bleach before and it's my favorite by far; this set was great since I needed both bleach powder and developer. Definitely recommend if you're looking to buy bleach!
