Because regardless of the fact that they sent me the product I bought from them twice, but it didn't arrive due to other shipping problems, they still respond in a very nice tone, almost immediately, and of course they refund the money if the buyer wants it.     I do ALOT of coloring and just love the Sharpies with which to color. They give you the ability to get bold saturations of color and they last a long time. The mixture of colors are great also. I love them!

    Adult coloring

    These permanent markers are perfect for coloring. The fine point works well in medium and large areas. I use fine and ultra fine in most of the picture I do. The colors are vivid and many.

    Great colors! I purchased this pack for my trip to my parents for thanksgiving. I wanted some activity that my my neices and nephews could all do together.
