These are all packed in their own individual bags filled to the max with air and as much water as your fishy friend needs! Heat packs have been hot on both orders considering it’s cold out where i am 28-36 degrees there was even an insulated foam box with a top. Not one dead fish! Not one bag of cloudy water. Well worth the price! Fish are really healthy! I’m 100% satisfied!

Seller then kept in contact with me until it was received and all was well. Highly recommend!! Also, would like to add that seller uses a bagging system that is excellent.
