I bought 4 ctw Oval peridot studs and was sent approximately 1 ctw Round ones. Took photos and sent to seller. I requested that they be replaced with the correct size & shape. That was ignored; the seller only asked if I wanted a refund. By that point, I was ready to be done with the transaction, so I accepted the refund.
