    Direi che lei come cliente si è comportata in un modo strano , nonostante aveva il tracking per controllare e il pacco risultava IN TRANSITO, lei ha aperto una controversia che è rimasta aperta anche adesso, dopo il ricevimento del pacco, COMPLIMENTI !!! Quindi chiedo gentilmente di togliere la richiesta di rimborso.
