    Seller didn’t bother describing the shoes accurately. She just posted a bad pic and thought the description “pre owned” covered all the dents, imperfections, scrapes and scratches. The Seller also just stuffed the shoes in an envelope without any padding for delivery. Got money back from EBay after escalating the issue since the Seller refused to acknowledge the problem.
