We emailed the seller and received no response. We have disputed the payment method. the attached pictures quote the reman criteria, and the filth on the inside. All this item got was Krylon overhaul!

After received and check it there was dirty oil inside the cartridge also never did sandblasting or cleaning process inside and outside just painting. If I had the goods on USA sure be returned. Please don cheat anyone as me on this case. I contact the seller and there is no way to have a partial refund to do the real REMAN process.
