I am very grateful to him. He should give classes on how to provide good service. I will choose Fed Ex over UPS as a result of his kindness in the future

I gave a neutral feedback because their service was unprofessional at dealing with issue. Otherwise it would have been a positive one. Buyer should not have to text back and forth with seller.
