Has said what they’ll do is send out a new part free of charge, even tho I’ve ordered a new part for side with faulty, taz mentions keeping it for the alternative side of another fault appears on other side, perfect customer service, getting a resolution even out of time scale. 100% recommend

So rinsing me an extra £20 for shipping feels a bit rough. Granted I still made the purchase but it would have been sweeter if the shipping charge was more fair.
