I was asked to return the incorrect item (seller admitted their discharge team had sent me the wrong item). I sent photo of proof of posting which included the postage cost incurred by myself. Despite repeated requests the seller refunded me for the purchase cost of the item only and I had to foot the postage cost, increasing the cost of the item by almost £4.00 UNFAIR!
