Seller sent a sensitive IC chip in a flimsy poly bag with no padding, no box, nothing to protect the pins, nada - and charged me $3.50 for shipping!. So of course it arrived with the pins all mashed and splayed out. Spent 10 minutes straightening then out. Foo on that. I'm only leaving a positive rating to avoid screwing up this guy's rating. I have shipped hundreds of chips this way with no problem. The PADDED bags typically are perfectly fine. The postage I pay is more than $3.50 per package.

I thought due to high prices these were the higher quality knobs with brass inserts. They are not. Same Chinese junk as cheap type: $9 for 10 knobs and free ship vs this seller : 2 knobs for total of approx $23. I was told initially to send the TWO knobs back at my expense and part cost would be refunded - $12 non refunded ship costs for 2 knobs at $23. Not a fair or honest seller.
