The first chair required some study of the diagrams provided, but ultimately they were accurate and not too difficult to decipher. The second chair went together quickly. They are comfortable and they stack compactly. I'm pleased.

He offered to put the boxes jn my garage because it was raining so hard and expected to keep raining for several days. He didn’t have to walk further or anything - but I know it took more time. I am very grateful to him. He should give classes on how to provide good service. I will choose Fed Ex over UPS as a result of his kindness in the future

Item assembled with some difficulties but got it together. Seller wasn't cooperating at first for the damages for a partial refund, but finally gave in when I was going to report them to ebay. I gave a neutral feedback because their service was unprofessional at dealing with issue. Otherwise it would have been a positive one. Buyer should not have to text back and forth with seller.
