Otherwise, they are simply excellent, especially at this price. My unit arrived in perfect working order with no problems. These are far too big for my head as on the smallest setting the bottom edge of the earpad is resting on my jaw uncomfortably, a suspension strap certainly fixes this. With one, they are perfectly comfortable. Hifiman also responded to my messages pretty much instantly. PS: they are comically large!

I wish the cord was longer. I have an external sound device, but if I had to plug in the rear or my computer it wouldn't reach. I also wish I'd have looked and saw there's a cord for both left and right ear. It goes over my body and my arm keeps disconnecting the left ear by accident.
