I messaged the seller and never got a reply. I called Ebay and then put in for a refund. I do not recommend buying anything from this seller. Horrible communication and even though he claimed to have and use the Nokta accupoint pinpointer he still somehow sent me the wrong pinpointer. Very upsetting 😡
