    After opening straight away looks wrong - sharp pieces of plastic not removed during production. But more important. The resistor itself is faulty. Sometimes it runs on the 1st stage as on the 4th and 2nd stages then runs as the 3rd. So You have 2 speeds 4, 3, 3, 4 and supposed to be 1, 2, 3, 4. Checked by specialist and get back as this is cheap Chinese replacement. Have to replace it quickly with another one. And at the end clip at the fan cracked straight after fitting… not recommend!!!
