    got a medium sized holster & I have a 38in waist. it fits tight & rides low where the holster is pretty much hidden in my pants. on there packaging it says small up to 37" medium up to 45" large up to 54". unless it stretches allot there is no way it would fit anyone over a 38" waist. maybe if I cant get this one to stretch 1/2"- 1" I would consider going up a size.
