The cost of the jacket and shipping were very reasonable. The jacket is made of very nice wool crepe. I have requested a return only because I was looking for a heavier wool garment.     The size is not as advertised. It's must be a size 14/16 not a size 6. It needs to be altered to fit properly. The price was charged incorrectly. I was offered a $12.50 discount which I didn't receive. The shipping and packaging were both satisfactorily. I've contacted the seller multiple times to express my concerns but received no response. I am very disappointed with my experience! What can EBAY do? I asked for a return even before I realized the sizing problem, no response.
