    Immunity helper

    I’ve been taking this elderberry since around February before we knew about Covid 19. Hard to say absolutely if it works, but I have been fine, no illness at all. I’m 73 and because I have Lymes and am prediabetic, it made good sense to take supplements that are specific for your immune system. I also take Turmeric daily. Same reason. Two capsules of each daily in the morning.

    Elderberry can help fight influenza virus; so it might also help fight COVID-19

    This product is made from elderberries. You can tell that they truly are made from elderberries as the powder inside the capsules is violet. Elderberry is one of the few herbs which can inhibit influenza flu virus; so it is my hope that they might also help inhibit COVID-19. Since there are few things anybody is actually recommending that might be a help; anything which might be helpful is important right now.
