The shampoo was packed with bubble wrap, but I guess the post office didn't handle my package with care. I think if the shampoo is packed in a way to prevent the shampoo from shifting when the box is manhandled, it would prevent caps from being broken during transit. Anyway, I swapped the broken cap with a cap from an almost empty bottle from my closet, which saved the day.
