    Well built. It works well for what it is. This takes a basic understanding of power systems to get this to work..as you’ll need receptacles on opposite legs of the panel. It won’t work with GFCI receptacles, and will trip a breaker in the supplying panel if you exceed the power available on the 120 volt receptacles.
