    I've had this player/recorder since, I think, 2012, and the internal mic has not worked in years. Everything on it works again! Prell has now repaired two of my Sony Walkman recorders. And done so perfectly. I cannot speak more highly of the work of this company. Thank you so much! You do fine, fine work and I am deeply grateful. For anyone considering repair on an older electronic device, do yourself a big favor and contact Prell. They will do right by you! Old school masters of their trade.
