The unit is literally like brand new after a quick wipe down of tye inside, it looks like it's never been used. Even the inside rack and drip pan look new. Very positive purchase and experience overall.

    So glad to hear it, Greg! I worked so hard on packing it because I wanted it to make it there without issues! I found someone selling leftover pieces of soundproofing foam and used that. It made for great packing material -- but we were shipping over the holidays and the shippers [who are under such stress] tend to be rougher so I intentionally over-packed it.
