    Verified purchase
    Seller was willing to negotiate on price, and I did receive the ordered merchandise. Although advertised as new, the box appeared to have been opened and there was dirt on the inside. That could have been from long term storage. Main reason for the Neutral rating is the shipping - seller waited nine days after payment to ship the item and only communicated when I inquired where my merchandise was. Shipping costs seemed high considering there was no additional packaging involved.
